We did this with a cd-rom on a power drill before.
After a few seconds spinning the cd shattered into two dozen pieces around the shop. It was like an explosion of shards from just the centripetal force.
Thinking it was a fluke, we did it again.
The second time the cd shattered into 3 dozen pieces. One got me in the arm.
After witnessing such extreme velocity for myself, I now make abundantly sure to torque down every grinder, wheel, and saw.
People suffer serious disfiguring injuries w chop saw blades flying off the saw and into their face. The head of the arbor bolt hex can get rounded and I've seen too many times on job sites how theyre not always able to be completely tightened.
It's not DeWalt's fault that the standard for angle grinder blades uses the same diameter holes as saw blades. OC should stop bitchin' and just destroy shit with it.

They do make wood blades for angle grinders. Because they spin much faster than circ saws, they have far fewer teeth. Here's one - https://files.catbox.moe/f4zfum.jpg
Of course using a higher tooth count blade will give you a smoother cut. So use a blade like the one in OP's meme if you want a super smooth cut. And a larger blade will allow you to cut thicker lumber.
You can attach up to a 10" blade. When going that large, be sure to run the grinder for a few seconds. If it is vibrating a lot, use a different blade. Always use a pulling motion when cutting wood with a 10" blade and angle grinder. And try to use a mitre saw blade as opposed to a table saw blade. As the angle of the teeth will be at a less aggressive angle.
Safety is always important. And because you won't have a guard, be sure to wear safety glasses.
