Tetris (2023) is a movie about how Tetris videogame was brought to the West from USSR. It's cheesy as fuck like the 80's movies, but is still a good feel movie. Recommended, since there is nothing else to watch. At least it has no woke bullshit, like niggers and faggots.

I forget the name of the Tetris variant but I do remember there was a vs game on the SNES. You could max out the difficulty then go to another menu and, I think, change something like the speed or difficulty multiplier.

Anyways, some friends found out I was actually good at original Tetris and set me down with another friend of theirs to play this vs game on the SNES. It ended in a tie after we both quit when each match started taking hours.

Good times.

I remember one with 2 coloured pills that I use to slay at. Only game I ever had a bunch of friends try to create tournaments around and I have no idea why I could just beat everyone. Obviously binged on that one for a few weeks but only ever played 5-6 video games in my life for more then a couple hours each.

Tetris is one of those "pure game" games. Just a game, no bullshit, no ads, no microtransactions. Just a game. And it's still somewhat popular, unlike just about any modern game, it lasts and lasts.

Exactly, this is why Portal is the only modern video game I can stomach for more then 15 minutes.
Any effort for synthetic reality and I just have no fucking clue why someone wants to play it. Go buy a dirtbike or something.
