Which steak is better? - Upgoat

I can only cook rib eye without messing up. Its better that I never try this wagyu. which reads like ragu. I'd be super surprised if I ever went to restaurant and they offered me ragu steak. Which also based on how things are looking might be an option soon.

It's a super expensive fat marbled steak from a Japanese breed of calf that is fed beer and grains and massaged all day.

I had it once when I was an exchange student in Kobe Japan, and the only reason I was able to get it was because I wasn't the one paying for it. It was "part of the package".
