It looks like a custom sole. Now some years back I remember a company accidentally making a tread pattern that left behind swastika bootprints. They recalled them.

Edited: Could have sworn it was Columbia. Guess not.

Update: As far as I can find, OP's example was from a company called Aryan Wear, and they seem defunct :(
