The ineptitude of the state.

My wallet was stolen a few months back. The state finally got around to mailing me my new I.D. (that I'm mandated by law to pay for and have in my possession at all times while in public) with my picture but it has my wife's name on it.

You don't ever have to have an ID.

I decided I don't need an ID about the same time the government decided to lock up a thousand people without trial for two years, or that time congress decided to flood the border with murderers, drug dealers (killing 100k americans a year), rapists, and traffickers.

Why comply when your government makes no pretense of doing the same?

Anyone that insists otherwise, that tries to enforce it, are domestic enemies, down to the last man.
