They're a reminder of my own failure to be convincing, even for those who I love, and whom I had a great chance to help being one of the few who had a chance to steer them but lacked the conviction versus the propagandists hailstorm.

The fear for my own survival trumped my willingness to speak up.

In some ways its not entirely your responsibility to be convincing. They have a higher responsibility to apply their brain. If you put in an effort I wouldn't beat yourself up too much.

I felt the same way, but it’s not my place to offer people health/medical advice. I was honest with what I was doing hoping that would provide some guidance for others, but never was it my place to tel other what they should do.

Luckily everyone in my immediate family was on the same page, it didn't take much convincing. Maybe all the things I've said over the years got through to them by the time the vax rolled around.

My parents were Cold War kids, so the government as a friend was kind of a big thing back then. My Dad still thinks they’re not allowed to lie, it’s where I got my early “all people are just good natured” ideals when I was younger. That was very wrong.

They’re kind of sheep my parents but hearts of gold and very Christian.

Couldn't give a flying fuck, I was an outcast along with my family throughout the whole of COVID and all of the bullshit, lived my life normally, no jabs for anyone under my roof, used to walk the dog(god it was so peaceful with all the numbskulls staying in), those of us that didn't give in were all ostracized, I honestly don't give a fuck for anyone that suffers because of taking it.

I still have sympathy in my heart. Some of them are my friends and family. I don’t want my parents to go yet. My Boss is a cool guy and has read mein kampf multiple times. He was the 11th case in the state and got extremely sick. He’s a good guy, he was just scared.

The people that still wear masks though can die. Good riddance.
