No man, only the designer poisons are safe and effective, cannabis and psylocibin are dangerous and tools of the devil with no therapeutic value whatsoever, even though they've been proven effective and safe to treat depression and a host of illnesses, like loss of appetite, glaucoma, low blood pressure, and many others.
