About 35 years ago I had an epiphany of sorts. My uncle has a lovely home on a 16 ha bush block. Full of antique furniture; beautifully landscaped. He contracted hydatids and the next time I saw him was in a threadbare, old hospital ward. The contrast was confronting. Which is to say...we die with the clothes we are wearing.That's all. The Porsche in the garage ... simply stays there gathering dust. Make the most of it.
