Ice baths. As much dopamine as a nose full of coke.

I started doing ice baths and holy shit do they work. It really does give you a massive hit of dopamine. Just sit in the tub empty and turn on the cold. It will gradually fill up and it won't shock you so much. Cold showers didn't really do it for me.

Bad idea in cold, northern countries. Better to swim in frigid lake.

I go to a Y that has a steam room. Work out, steam room, shower the sweat off, cold shower to close pores and get ready for day. All before 10 AM.

Cold after workout does not increase testosterone. Near freezing cold prior to workout does.
