Edit: ok, so catbox still makes it a download thing even when I re-upload it just spits out the same link, I dunno why. It saves as a file without a file extension but GIMP still opens it.

Fuck, ok this worked. Edited it in GIMP and just re-saved it. Maybe where I stole it from messed with it.
