It all depends. I'm a huge fan of spicy but wouldn't every do much more to a steak than salt and pepper, with maybe some garlic. Different foods get different seasonings.

It seems like people don’t understand what seasoning means. Spicy does NOT equal seasoning OR flavour. Spicy food is disgusting and has no flavour. The heat kills the tongue so all you are left with is numbness and tears with no flavour detected.

The best chefs are White Males. Even the Michelin star winners in ETHNIC food are more often than not WHITE MALES.
The best food is European food, especially Italian, French, and British.

I'm going to have around 12 hot pepper plants this year. No super hots though. An upgraded Habanero cross is pretty much the hottest.

You have to maintain a tolerance or you lose it. Haven't grown Carolina Reapers for a few years, so would probably have to cut a pod in half or quarters. I think people on the east coast fear spicy food.
