OP may have a different method, but you can use Stable Diffusion with ControlNet extension to achieve this effect.
Similar to how I made the happy and angry voat goats. I posted a description of the method in this comment.
The main difference is that, for the prompt, you would use something like "white background, electrical wires, circuit boards" etc. You can also ignore all the stuff about LoRAs and style. The important part is the ControlNet. The Deliberate model on civitai would be suitable for this purpose.
