Women are never satisfied. If they decide not to have babies (and not use bc) they regret it and wonder. If they have kids they wonder...
If they work on their careers they wonder what they could have done if they didn't devote the time and energy to it. If they find a husband and don't work they wonder what they could have accomplished in a career.
This could be applied to a thousand other life decisions. No matter what they choose they regret it.

Add to that the female body breaking down at an accelerated rate, which causes them to tire out sooner and various pains from loss of muscle and excess fat, all of which make them constantly miserable so they bitch all the time.

Add to that a woman's higher chance of having diagnosed mental illnesses, anything from BPD, OCD, Depresson, anxiety, etc.

Add to that a lack of self awareness and even the smarter women can't understand how, when everyone used to kiss their ass constantly and they would get preferences in everything from jobs to getting reservations and then it just stops. That drives them even crazier.
