I think it's a valid observation and I see it as a flaw in the interpretations currently used for the Bible. Jesus demonstrated exclusivity. He didn't pick any non-hebrews to be apostles. God recognizes separation between nations. He said so in Matthew 21:43 and Acts 17:26. Therefore, not being culturally inclusive is not a sin that needs to be repented.
