You basically need two things once you have iris data:
1. contact lenses
2. a means to print on plastic.
I can think of a number of ways of accomplishing this.
Generally it'd be even simpler to pay 'youths' or hobos to destroy the scanners.
Better yet, destroying these devices could be incentivized by turning it into a fucking tiktok fad.
