1. Be where women are.

2. Be somewhat outgoing, talkative, at least try to fake confidence. You don't even have to be smart or funny. Just give her the idea you are interested in her merely by talking to her.

3. Be 6 foot.

Have those three things, in my experience, and you won't be lacking for female attention.
