I have not read enough research on this topic to make a informed decision but if the government is against it that must mean its has some health benefits for you.

If you want some, here's a directory

https://www.realmilk.com

Here's a writeup of how shitty pasteurization is

https://www.realmilk.com/the-shame-of-pasteurization/

And here's a baby formula that I personally have used on my firstborn who is 11 months now and doing fantastic, ahead of all milestones, in 90th percentile of height and 7th percentile of weight.

And if the CDC mandates a vaccine you know they are in it with the pharmaceutical industry for profit.

Pasteurization destroys vitamin C and enzymes. And degrades B vitamins. I've seen lactose intolerant people able to tolerate small amounts of raw milk. Probably something to do with the enzymes in the raw milk.

Then there's ultra pasteurization, probably even worse.

The Irish tripled their population in a short time with Raw Milk and Potatoes. These two basically have a complete vitamin/mineral profile for people to thrive. At least for Europeans, might be different for Negroid and Mongoloids.

My cousin had some kind of surgery and he couldn’t drink milk for a long time. Then when he could again he suddenly became lactose intolerant. That shit would kill me. Milk and cheese are the greatest things on gods green earth

[ - ] Ragnar 3 points 1.7 yearsAug 4, 2023 23:27:27 ago (+3/-0)

We obviously read the same research. Potatoes also have ketones

[ - ] Breeder 5 points 1.7 yearsAug 4, 2023 19:42:36 ago (+5/-0)

What's fucked up is that Wisconsin, the supposed "dairy state", only has like 3 raw milk farmers in the state.

[ - ] GreenSaint 3 points 1.7 yearsAug 4, 2023 22:56:49 ago (+3/-0)

Wisconsin in such a nice place. Milk and beer and meat and white people. All the lakes. Beautiful

[ - ] Ragnar 1 point 1.7 yearsAug 4, 2023 23:28:15 ago (+1/-0)

Yes, everything I like

[ - ] allAheadFull 4 points 1.7 yearsAug 4, 2023 20:22:18 ago (+5/-1)

If people ever had raw milk, they would wonder what the hell "whole" milk is. It's not remotely the same product. Raw milk looks more like the heavy whipping cream they sell in stores. There's obviously something missing/destroyed in "whole" milk.

[ - ] Ragnar 4 points 1.7 yearsAug 4, 2023 23:30:59 ago (+4/-0)

Only the top of raw milk looks like the heavy cream because cream floats to the top. If it has the same consistency whether thick or not, it is homogenized which is worse than pasteurisation

[ - ] UncleDoug 2 points 1.7 yearsAug 5, 2023 06:32:45 ago (+2/-0)

Put the permeates back in my milk.

[ - ] Clubberlang 2 points 1.7 yearsAug 4, 2023 21:38:53 ago (+2/-0)

I had it once it's pretty good.

[ - ] BlueEyedAngloMasterRaceGod 2 points 1.7 yearsAug 4, 2023 22:08:43 ago (+2/-0)

how the f does it look like whipping cream? it's about the same 'thickness' as store milk, you can kinda tell that when it comes out of the udder. it doesn't ooze out like cream, it's a liquid.

[ - ] UncleDoug 2 points 1.7 yearsAug 5, 2023 06:31:39 ago (+2/-0)

kikes are lactose intolerant.

[ - ] killallkikes 2 points 1.7 yearsAug 4, 2023 19:45:51 ago (+2/-0)

i can milk anything with nipples

[ - ] Hoobeejoo 3 points 1.7 yearsAug 4, 2023 20:55:31 ago (+3/-0)

I have nipples, Greg. Can you milk me?

I tried a vegan diet for my family because my mom was going through cancer. I noticed when I went back to dairy it fucked up my stomach all the time. I feel way cleaner without any cheese in my diet and milk just tastes sour to me now.

Of course, it is impossible to cut out cheese from all products so I do have it in restaurant dishes but I don't go out of my way for any cheese. Also, pizza. I just do light cheese.

On the note of the vegan diet, it was very short-lived as I was fucking tired all the time, was starving 24/7, and felt so weak even when going to the gym. A meat and vegetable diet is the healthiest one I've ever experienced. I have so much energy and gain muscle much faster. Veganism kills.

[ - ] letsgetit 2 points 1.7 yearsAug 4, 2023 19:59:52 ago (+2/-0)

Did you go back to drinking store bought milk/dairy?

[ - ] Bottled_Tears 1 point 1.7 yearsAug 4, 2023 20:16:57 ago (+1/-0)

I didn't really drink milk in general. I don't have cereal since I was a teen. The most I've used milk since adulthood is just for adding it to like mashed potatoes or Mac and cheese. I just use almond milk now it's so much tastier.

I used to have a glass a day because my grandpa did and I respected him, wanted to be like him but it felt like it always just churned in my stomach.

[ - ] PotatoWhisperer2 0 points 1.7 yearsAug 5, 2023 09:12:07 ago (+0/-0)

almond milk

Check the sugar content.

[ - ] Bottled_Tears 0 points 1.7 yearsAug 5, 2023 10:10:38 ago (+0/-0)

Mhmm I buy a certain kind that's very low.

[ - ] Ragnar 1 point 1.7 yearsAug 4, 2023 23:34:30 ago (+1/-0)

I feel way cleaner without any cheese in my diet
Wtf does that mean?

A meat and vegetable diet is the healthiest
You mean a meat and fruit diet. Hopefully it’s not all muscle meat either

[ - ] Trope 0 points 1.7 yearsAug 5, 2023 12:09:05 ago (+0/-0)

I too adhere to a meat and fruit diet.

[ - ] Ragnar 1 point 1.7 yearsAug 5, 2023 14:48:33 ago (+1/-0)

Hope you know the importance of glycine too

[ - ] Horrux 1 point 1.7 yearsAug 5, 2023 04:29:04 ago (+1/-0)

Let's remember that Genghis Khan conquered most of the world thanks to the power of milk.

[ - ] Prairie 1 point 1.7 yearsAug 5, 2023 01:37:56 ago (+1/-0)

This page describes the differences in pasteurization types. tl; dr: older version slowly heated, held for 30 minutes. Newer ones heat to higher temperature for a short time. Ultra was designed to allow storing milk without refrigeration (until opened). And apparently some is then filtered through a membrane to take even more out of the milk.

[ - ] Phutex 1 point 1.7 yearsAug 4, 2023 19:21:03 ago (+1/-0)

I do not know anyone who owns a milking cow. Shatto is nearby. I’ll look for an attractive teat there.

I love raw milk and it's healthier but I don't believe the part about fertility. You're just cooking it, that's all. We cook plenty of foods.

[ - ] Trickthegoyim 0 points 1.7 yearsAug 5, 2023 00:05:53 ago (+0/-0)

K i googled it and the studies dont agree. No affect on mice fertility.
What are the Effects of Raw vs. Pasteurized Milk Consumption on ... https://digitalcommons.csbsju.edu/cgi/viewcontent.cgi?article=1001&context=nutrition_students

[ - ] PostWallHelena 0 points 1.7 yearsAug 4, 2023 19:14:07 ago (+2/-2)

How do you propose that pasteurized milk harms the fertility of human? Or rats for that matter? Do you have a hypothesis?

I dont have anything against non-pasteurized milk. But there are practical logistical problems that are posed by mass production and distribution of milk which pasteurization solves.

Every fucking thing under the sun is not a jew conspiracy.

Kosher milk is pastuerized btw. How does this work for jews?

[ - ] s23erdctfvyg 8 points 1.7 yearsAug 4, 2023 19:33:45 ago (+8/-0)

You can't sell, or give away raw milk to a neighbor, even though both of you know and accept the risks.
Meanwhile selling raw fish is fine, despite being easily more dangerous, and selling undercooked meat is fine so long as the customer is made aware of the dangers.

Kosher milk is pastuerized btw. How does this work for jews?
They consume their own poison all the time. Using the jews behavior as a metric for what is and is not good for you is a bad idea, as most of them are incredibly self destructive.

[ - ] PostWallHelena 0 points 1.7 yearsAug 4, 2023 19:45:28 ago (+1/-1)

You can't sell, or give away raw milk to a neighbor, even though both of you know and accept the risks.

Yeah thats a ridiculus law. But it has nothing to do with the issue. Tell me about how heating milk to 165 degrees is interfering with human fertility?

They consume their own poison all the time.

They do not knowingly take anything that harms their fertility. Not the religious ones. Nope. You are pointing out that some jews behave in selfishly opportunistic ways which harm many people and some jews also fall for these scams. But that is not the same as a “jewish conspiracy” in which elite jews are plotting to harm gentiles and also kosher observant jews. This is a silly conspiracy theory that defies belief and undermines the truth of actual jewish conspiracies that harm us. Heating milk to 165 was not a jewish plot to stop gentiles from reproducing. Theyre drinking the shit ffs.

As far as I'm aware, kosher food also frequently has soy in it. The plant based estrogens in soy decreases the consumer's metabolic rate, and causes weight gain because of it.

Soy being in everything is 100% not accidental or beneficial. I literally got a container of sandwich meat the other day, and when I looked at the ingredients they had added soy protein. In no universe is that more cost efficient since it was sliced meat, not ground. They would literally have to soak the meat in a solution with soy protein in order to add it.

As far as I can tell, the end goal is to push the public into a slow, fat, unenergetic state. In other words, easily controlled.

The extremeness of raw milk laws, in conjunction with what can only be described as intentionally poisoning the population with harmful ingredients, means I'm safely assuming there's malicious intentions behind pasteurized milk. Even if those intentions are simply nutrient deficiency.

[ - ] Prairie 0 points 1.7 yearsAug 5, 2023 01:42:54 ago (+0/-0)

Couldn't some of the suppression of raw milk just be milk producers not wanting local competition? After all it would be hard for them to ever sell raw milk due to it not being pasteurized to allow for a long production/shipping chain. Raw only works for small, local production.

[ - ] s23erdctfvyg 1 point 1.7 yearsAug 5, 2023 12:32:17 ago (+1/-0)

It's definitely the secondary excuse when the first excuse fails. Is it the reason for the extreme laws? Probably not.
It's like how social media companies say they have to censor people for their advertisers, or any other horseshit excuse. Are they doing it for profits? Partially.
Are they doing it because uncle juda is threatening to kill them and sell their kids into slavery, or alternately they just flat out control the site? Yes.

Thanks to online censorship and their bullshit excuse. I always take a double take when the excuse that it's just corporate greed comes into play.

[ - ] Ragnar 1 point 1.7 yearsAug 4, 2023 23:47:29 ago (+1/-0)

Same way low fat dairy hurts fertility. Perhaps.

[ - ] letsgetit 3 points 1.7 yearsAug 4, 2023 20:03:47 ago (+3/-0)*

High heat degrades certain B vitamins, destroys vitamin C and enzymes. Probably more but you get the point. Folic acid/Folate if degraded could easily cause fertility problems. Probably depends if mother gets these nutrients from a different source. Animal sources of fats/proteins are easily absorbed by the body. Think heme-Iron, etc. Vegetables absorption varies but there's a different process to break up the organic minerals/vitamins before the body can utilize them.

[ - ] Prairie 0 points 1.7 yearsAug 5, 2023 01:43:57 ago (+0/-0)

Yep. Heat changes things, sometimes into bad things. Also it could throw off the balance of things in milk, where they are fine in balance but harmful with just one of the two present.

I agree, do your own research on it. And, you're right; ancestors thrived on raw milk. Maybe it's the pasteurization we need to avoid.
