I don't keep up with all the bands and artists I want to listen to. There are just too many. I happened across this guitar song recently, and it's quite amazing. He hits such peculiar, interesting notes and alternates between slide and regular playing to make things more interesting.

It's like when I heard and saw him playing technical difficulties about 10 years ago. I instantly became a Paul Gilbert fan. Then I found out about Racer X, and their albums have atrociously bad recording quality. The first one sounds like it was recorded on a TASCAM, 4-track cassette recorder. It's unlistenably bad.
