I’m sorry, but as a person who’s lived in Japan 18 years, grew up here as a non Japanese person, its just fact that they don’t want any immigrants, period. Unless you are here to work, study, or travel. They seriously consider refugees and immigrants alike to be practically speaking homeless ne’er-do-wells who will do nothing but clog up an already congested country. Anyway, Japan only accepted 11 Syrian refugees, etc etc. its just the way things are.
