Cigarette smokers are also terrible employees. If they smoke a half a pack a day (light-medium smoker) that is 10 cigarettes at 5-10 minutes per smoke break.

1) Make EVERY-fucking-thing about their personal bullshit, making it nearly impossible to pursue the core business, and,
2) Start trying to get more like them hired, and,

I've recently transitioned into a more entrepreneur position and was contracting for an on-site replacement. I got a very well written cover letter from a wahmen and her stats seemed ok. But then I looked at her linked in and she had her she/her identity field written in. I don't want to deal with that shit. Mexican guy is doing it now.

It is true. I am a vegetarian I loathe/despise other vegetarians because they absolutely will find a way to work it into any conversations and the reason they are is mostly for political/virtue signal reasons and they have a freezer full of soy turkey and veggie burgers which tells me that they’re fake faggots who miss meat so much that they might as well go back to eating it.
