Per one of my last posts, got a HR monitor with oxymeter, just to check everything out. For my total sleep period my heart rate was averaging 55 BPM and Oxygen never went below 92. So everything was fine. Per some of the posters, I think it was anxiety that was getting to me. My brain was panicking over some of the crap some of the doctors had mentioned many years ago. FFS one of them said i should NEVER do any exercise because i could get a pneumothorax and die instantly. Literally, (it was a female doctor too) her solution was for me to sit around and wait to die. Still gonna go to a doctor at one point to get it checked out though, but just for testing, still not taking their crap meds
Eat healthy. Exercise moderately but NEVER much more than you're used to. Rest a lot. Take 5000 to 10000 milligrams of vitamin C a day along with some K2 mk7 and fish oil/cod liver oil. Take aspirin regularly. Don't eat a lot of sugar or processed foods and watch this guys channel.
Get the ccta done at least once every 5 years and the others every other year.
Coronary Computed Tomography Angiography (CCTA)
Effectiveness: ~90-95% (Provides detailed images of the coronary arteries to visualize both calcified and non-calcified plaques and assess the degree of stenosis.) Average Price (without insurance): $500 - $1,000.
Coronary Artery Calcium (CAC) score or Calcium Heart Scan
Effectiveness: ~80-85% (Primarily identifies calcified plaque in the coronary arteries, an indicator of atherosclerosis, but doesn't identify non-calcified plaque.) Average Price (without insurance): $100 - $400.
Carotid Artery Doppler Ultrasound
Effectiveness: ~75-80% (Primarily used to assess blood flow and identify stenosis or blockages in the carotid arteries. Not as specific for atherosclerotic plaque composition.) Average Price (without insurance): $200 - $600.
Carotid Intima-Media Thickness (CIMT)
Effectiveness: ~70-75% (Measures thickness of the carotid artery walls, suggesting the presence of atherosclerosis. However, it's indirect evidence and doesn't directly assess coronary arteries.) Average Price (without insurance): $150 - $500.
I got a CAC 25 years ago and then another one last year
25 years ago I was clear which only 1% of the people my age at that time were
Last year my score was zero as in literally zero calcium.
Could be genetics I suppose but I actually chalk it up to taking chromium picolinate everyday since the early 90s and more recently taking a K2 vitamin supplement. 25 years ago I was pretty good about not eating any sugar. But I was really curious about my last score because I have been breaking down and eating a lot more sugar and crap in the last three or four years so I wondered if it would ruin my arteries or my score. It did not.
I really chalk that up to the chromium picolinate which if you don't know drastically helps your insulin take care of any sugar surges so your blood sugar never spikes which theoretically keeps your arteries from being damaged which theoretically keeps them from plaquing up because plaque is trying to heal injured arteries.
Get that ccta to make sure. It's the best non-invasive test you can get. The BEST test you can get is a Coronary Angiography but that's invasive and they can put stents in if need be. 6.5 out of 10,000 people die during this procedure. They don't usually do that unless they know there's something wrong like you're having a heart attack/your troponin levels are high/bad ccta/worsening angina.
You can get buy troponin qualitative tests on ebay real cheap. It basically tests if you're having heart muscle death which is pretty much what a heart attack causes.
Nicotinic acid (Niacin): Taking chromium picolinate with niacin might lower LDL ("bad") cholesterol and raise HDL ("good") cholesterol even more than taking niacin alone.
The thing is doctors now talk like lawyers where their guidance is based off the idea something "could" happen without any guarantee that it will. I remember in my old place I used to live, the Dr couldn't come out and say he was anti COVID, so what he would do (per some of my old work buddies) is leave the COVID syringe out for 15 - 30 minutes and inject them with it, rendering the preparation completely useless. I'd like to think a lot of doctors use malicious compliance when it comes to trying to help people, but i could be dreaming
I cant count the amount of times some doctor told me to take some experimental pulmonary medicine, some of them downright deadly so they could play God on peoples' lives. Most every lung medication works off the principle of destroying your immune system to inject steroids and stimulants into your body. Then the doctors act all confused why the patient died

I don't trust doctors anymore beyond basic medical care which I can do myself. Medical care is a business and profits are their priority.

Anxiety can cripple an individual leading to hopes of a medical remedy which can often exacerbate the condition.
Fear of death is silly. We all die eventually.
When God wants you He WILL take you.
