Seeig an overweight man in his 50s struggling with a cane and swollen ankles. Probably on a million meds and all I can think is if he just went on a 500 calorie a day diet for 2 months he get down to a nice trim 160 lb and would have no problems

Probably would get off all his meds. Would have no pressure on all his ankles and his joints so probably wouldn't need that cane. Probably wouldn't be costing us all through the medical system tens of thousands a year if he's on Medicare or Medicaid or something like that.

I certainly don't mind if somebody has actually crippled or injured but if you are that means you have to be especially vigilant about not eating too many calories. Since exercise is in no way needed to lose weight and is not really associated with weight loss at all and it's all just about eating less than a thousand calories a day there is absolutely no excuse in the world for anybody who's crippled or injured to also make all their problems worse by being overweight.

And you know their doctor is never going to tell them that. It's so annoying.

As a guy who was never out of shape bad the worst was 6 foot 2 inches and weighed 210 pounds. At the time I was still playing in 2 pretty high level basketball leagues about 25 minutes a game.

So never bad shape but for me not good shape. Well I decided to get in better shape.

I ate one meal a day usually a poke bowl or something healthier started lifting and jogging. Went from 210 to 180 in about 2 months got back to benching 205 3 sets of 10. So decent shape

Now the real gravy. I had acid reflux bad enough I was thinking of taking the purple pill. That totally went away. Back issue totally went away. Neck issues totally went away. Everything felt better.

Fat shaming can save lives

I've been doing one meal a day for a long time now as well, it's the absolute best "diet" if you're trying to lose weight in my opinion. Not everyone has the will to do it (muh hunger), but it's stupid easy and simple to understand. Eat within a one hour window everyday, doesn't matter what it is. The pounds will start melting off. Not to mention, fasting the other 23 hours feels great.

Sometimes shaming a fatty is ALL that will work to make them see what a waste they are and how they're wasting their lives.

What’s the purple pill?

Oh yeah and the so-called sleep at me it goes away. Tons of joint pain goes away. You have tons of energy. All the things that you think are happening because you're aging are all because you gained weight. When you get back down to the weight you were when you were 18 or whatever if you were a 32 waist or at worst a 34 you realize it was always the weight.

its amazing how much a little workout can change your health.

stan efferding puts it best, in my opinion, but hes a drug addict, so maxbe find a better source.

yet, i myself have ecperienced massive changes in wellbeing between weeks of action, and weeks of relaxation.

your TV lies to you.

you are not the most happy when you lay back and do nothing, you are the most healthy and entertained WHILE YOU WORK TO CREATE SOMETHing worthwile.

get your ass out there and live a fulfilling life. thats all you need.

The only issue I have with what you posted is that the meds he's surely on are the biggest problem. So they prescribe his 500 pound ass meds according to the fact that he's 500 pounds...even if he then did everything right and started to lose weight and be healthy, now his healthy weight ass still has the meds that were prescribed for him at 500 pounds. It's a real mindfuck to try and step all that down when the people he'd have to work with to do that, are the same people that wouldn't be rich if he did that.

I'm a betting man. $10 says their neck pops off instead of the rope.

160? Short? We need to be fit and strong. Hard to imagine a 6'+ guy at 160.

It's difficult but doable for most, but years of Talmud vision and goyslop and they want the pills. Our men are weak.

Clean Whole Foods, mostly vegetables and fish, some beef and pork. No processed shit and everything I eat I make myself. If we eat out it is at the high end where the bill is $150+ for two. At the least.

No, just add a fat blocker pill to the never ending problem of over medicating cause it's the foods fault not his. What does M.D. after a doctors name stand for? Medicine Dispenser.
