Eat a maximum of 600 calories a day. At least 30 min of cardio exercise every day that holds your heart rate over at least 120bpm. Repeat as needed until you achieve the desired results.

Those scales aren't all that accurate. Most accurate measurements are either a DEXA(?) scan or Greg Doucette's Mk.I Eyeball tech.

Eat less, lift bro, cardio.

If that doesn't work,

Try a blow torch.

Intermittent fasting, time of day based eating. Go 14 hours a day without food.

Cut the carbs, HARD. Lower your calorie intake, take a day to just not eat a couple times a month. Check results, adjust as needed.

Also stay away from the usual bad stuff, drugs, beer, alcohol, ice cream, etc etc. Check your sauces, there's a lot of hidden sugar/soy/seedoils in there.

This. Sugar and seed oils (unsaturated fats) make you fat, way more than if you just overeat.

Genetics are a thing. Stop eating. Just have a little bit each day, and fast once a week. No fun shit like cake, cookies, etc. Avoid pasta, bread, pizza. Meat and starch is all you need. Chicken and rice, beef and potatoes, etc.

That’s pretty good, and it hurts me to say that to someone with that username

There is no way around it, it’s all about your weight. You have absolutely no control how and where your body decides to burn stored fat. Your only goal should be to lose weight by becoming stronger. Exercising and eating healthy and eating less is the only way. Starving yourself or lifting like a maniac won’t do it. Regular exercise with the intent to get stronger and eating correctly each day with the goal of losing 1 to 2 pounds a week until you reach your ideal weight is the only safe way to do it. Once you reach that weight, continue exercising and eating the way it took to get to that weight and you will stay that weight. It isn’t easy but slow and steady wins the race. There is no magic when it comes to weight loss. Consistency and dedication to the plan is the only way.

Only decent advice in here

Yup. So let me ruin it:

COUNT YOUR MOTHERFUCKING CALORIES. COUNT THEM. FUCKING GRAB THEM OFF THE TABLE, PUT THEM IN YOUR MOUTH ONE BY FUCKING ONE, AND FUCKING COUUUUUUUNT!

Or just, you know, get an app to help you. Google "maintenance calorie calculator", put in your info, and then don't ever go above that number, and ideally stay somewhere like 500-1000 calories below that number.

Do that, wait a few months, enjoy.

From February to today, I dropped from 181 to 162, today I weigh 165 as I'm not focused on cutting anymore seeing as it's getting colder and I don't mind having a bit of extra squish on this bag of meat I'm driving.

So yeah, cut calories. 500 deficit. Do it.

For better results, or more I should say, train with weights (free weights are ideal) and get plenty of protein. The rule these days is 1g of protein per pound of body weight. Weigh 165 like I do? Gotta get that much protein in grams. Every day.

Be consistent, work hard, and you'll get there. Have fun and remember above all else:

Women don't give a fuck about you. Stop doing it for women.

Also good advice. Only way I ever added any real muscle weight was counting calories with a target in mind.
