Discussion: It's going to be interesting to see how the older generations react when they are suddenly forced to realize that our generation isn't going to go along with WWIII.

Because they're gonna go for the "uneducated" and unemployed first. There's an order to it all, whether they outright say it or not. If they pick me up, they'll probably want me to fill a gap as an officer because of said degree and all that. They don't have enough.

Even then, if I even think shit is gonna get interesting for me, I'll jump straight to the USAF. I scored high enough on the ASVAB they had us take in high school to basically pick my job. 97 percentile or something. Lots of recruiters wanted me, except the Marines. Lol. I was straight up told I'm too smart for them and to do something different if I signed up.

I mean, hey, I wouldn't mind being a pilot. Might even get good enough to take the Raptor for a spin.

Anyway, honestly appreciate that guy. It's funny because Marines are held up as this elite force and whatnot, but really they're just highly motivated shock troops/cannon fodder. Sad really. They get the "worse" equipment, the leftovers, and get the tough jobs. Bodies to the grinder.

I'll keep saying it, ever single American who applied and submitted a fafsa had to agree to selective service which means most college kids or anyone who had to do that to go into debt for their school agreed to be a part of the next draft
