So, after a few months of extreme stress (personal and professional), culminating with kikes attempting to start WW3, I found out I have gastritis. This is something that is going to take a while to heal, so I wanted to see if anyone has had this issue before and what they did to heal.
So far, I have been taking PPI’s and H2 blockers for about a week and a half that have been helping with the symptoms, all while staying on a pretty bland diet, cut out coffee (I don’t really drink alcohol) and have been taking probiotics and L-glutamine. I’ve been doing regular yoga and forest hikes, too, but I don’t have a lot of energy.
I obviously want to get off the jew meds, but am very scared to do so till I feel like I have a proper diet or plan in place. It’s a terrible feeling that was getting to the point where I felt some shortness of breath from the acid constantly coming up and I lost 7 pounds in the last two weeks (I’m not fat, so that’s not good). Anytime I ate before I started the cocktail of meds, I got full after a few bites.
Has anyone had success in healing? There is so much conflicting information out there, and I think this is the right place to ask.
I miss you all, but I have to manage my stress so I’m trying to ignore niggers and kikes in the present tense. How it’s going—I still detest them.

Yeah, it’s definitely the stress. I used to write a ton when I was younger. I like writing narratives; I’ve never been much of a poet. I enjoyed your post yesterday, even though I’m a woman lol. It was well written.
Even women can write poetry nowadays. Try writing out your feelings on child-rearing and sweater knitting, and self-publish it by nailing it to the door of the nearest synagogue
One dose isnt enough to get rid of different stages. Read label as if you are the horse. watch out for mixed types. You just want the regular ivermectin 1.87%
Look online for parasitic gastritis. Its a thing. Not imaginary quackery as some dullards would be quick to imagine.
It could just as easily be fungal and ivermectin doesn’t do shit for that. The parasite-pilled have a hammer and everything looks like a nail to them. Low IQ mentality. Cosmic death fungus is probably real. Not saying parasites aren’t an epidemic, but they aren’t the cause of everything.
I don’t know shit about gastritis but PPIs are not good long term. You will definitely want to get off whichever one they prescribed. Dietary change is the way to go just don’t subscribe to some wingnut diet. I can ask around for you or maybe another nigger faggot here can point you in the right direction. Just vet whatever they tell you because we have a lot of fucktards here peddling bullshit. They genuinely believe their own bullshit, but if they suggest supplements they’re just mental and should be ignored.
Yeah, I definitely don’t want to do the PPI’s for longer than a month. Got them prescribed for two months and was told to expect a recovery of at least 8-12 weeks and if I can’t cut out the stress, forget about it.

Definitely watch your diet. Chocolate can also trigger in addition to coffee. Also avoid soda. For me, I can't eat wheat grains without acid reflux, your mileage may vary.
The meds shut down the acid in your stomach, but it's produced for a reason -- to digest food, so yeah, you definitely don't want to be on those long term if you can help it.

To be honest, that’s what’s making me concerned. If I eat anything other than bland foods, will that fuck me up right now? I’ve been researching and have been seeing that cabbage and sauerkraut works well. Should I wait till off the meds? Stick with this damn bland diet that has no nutritional value? I’m used to a high protein diet with lots of red meat.
Rule one: Get enough nutrition. Bland doesn't mean deficient in nutrients. Meat doesn't trigger acid reflux for me (though anything can if I eat too much), so I would not cut out meat. Also consider eggs as an easier to digest protein if you are not allergic to them. You need daily protein, and that's going to help your body heal.
I would avoid the sauerkraut because of the high acidic value. Cabbage is good, but make sure it's cooked well to ease digestion. Avoid spices and processed foods.
Once you get off the meds, you're going to have to watch your diet like a hawk to see if there's some food triggering it.
Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) causes gastritis and eventually ulcer. You need to check for Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) as soon as possible, because it also causes cancer. Ask your doctor.
Cut out alcohol short term, drink hydrolyte, very diluted cordials, BRAT diet (bananas, rice, applesauce and toast), and slowly reintroduce more substantial foods then lean meats and vegetables after 1 week.
As it has been said by others cut out all processed goyslop, no soft drinks, chocolate, etc.
I have a mysterious internal injury that set my digestion into the wilds. Have done a fair bit of research on this, there is no definite answer, but some things to try that may not have been mentioned.
One meal a day diets. Or any general intermittent fasting followed by a large meal. Keto diet, after a while paleo. More foods cooked over a wood open flame, or lots of activated charcoal tablets. Copious amounts of camomile tea, with a bit of ginger. But the ginger may backfire depending on your issue. At one stage trying to treat my symptoms I got desperate and just starting eating a tonne of bicarb soda in water. Works for a bit in the short term.
There are several varieties of ppis with different methods and long term side effects. I found them useful at times, but they are always a symptom fixer, they will never sold the problem.
Parasite purge is a real thing. Yes you have many, many bugs in you. It's not a one and done so do proper research. You will be better in acouple months
