When it was created by the Gracie, it was a great show of martial arts.

Then when they sold it to the Fertitas they added a bunch of boxing stuff that broke it, such as divisions and weight-ins the day before that made abominations such as fighters losing more than thirty pounds to weigh below one or two divisions and wreck them. Happened too many times to count and a lot of fighters abused it, it slowly declined but the old favourites were still there.

Then they got too old, their reality show got some mileage and now its just nobodies fighting in a chinese-owned corporation.

It's sad because the UFC is otherwise a very conservative company. A boycott will be rather easy for me since I already don't watch it much as a result of their main event playing at like 1AM all the time.
