When 2 NPDs are in close proximity but one is much more massive than the other, the two can be modelled as a single body problem. I.e., the more massive NPD appears stationary as the little NPD appears to orbit it, exerting little observeable influence on the larger NPD—trapped within its gravity well while stupidly repeating it’s memes, unable to come up with it’s own insults.
