The tides slow the planet's spin down. Simple astrophysics. Eventually bodies will tidally lock, as the moon has with Earth, despite not even having oceans.
The tides have nothing to do in physical relation to the moon. The moon and sun are used to calculate time and that is all. (in regards to tides) The tidal systems are tied into some sort of circulatory breathing system that the earth undergoes. At low tide water is entering into the earth via fault lines, churned under high pressure and heat then spat back out through fault lines, geysers e.t.c. to create high tides. It's a time based system and nothing at all to do with supposed gravitational attraction from the moon.
For starters you measure the posituon of the sun in the sky. Make an adjustment for orbital position. Get measurements from different positions on earth and use that to adjust for wobble. And bobs your uncle.
The night sky should be different and there should be no constellations if the earth was spinning while hurling through space while all the other lights in the sky are supposedly moving at unfathomable speeds in random directions because they are not tied into any supposed orbit linked with our supposed solar system.
Their spin has absolutely no effect on any of the calculations. Nor does any motion across space because the solar system moves in that axis in unison. Only the orbits matter and they can be accounted for. As for extra solar celestial objects, their relative motion at that distance is mostly meaningless and you can average it out by taking a lot of calculations from different directions and take the average.
Really, the most accurate and relevant is simply measuring how long the day is. Even if you don't account for the effects of orbit you get really close to the actual spin. And from there you can see if the days are changing in duration over time.
But if different people measure it to be different then clearly the errors in calculation are too big for the claims they are making.

If it is happening is because Earth is trying to swing jews off.

Do the same with a few stars. And a few planets.
The only issue is how precise the measurement is.
