If you consider that almost all of these crimes are committed by black males between the ages of 15 and 34, the % gets even smaller. ~1.3% of the population.

I'm not for a police state, but that's just ridiculous.

There are 700K police officers in the US and this 1.3% represents about 5M.

Take 500K officers and assign each one to 10 black males between 15-34 and boom ... crime reduced by ~half.

Throw in a bit of honest profiling like the Israeli police use ... and you could probably cut the police required by 1/2... Shame we can't use the same rules the Israelis use...

They do more than what is recorded. Probably double or triple considering how many cases are unreported/unsolved.

Like the homeless attacks, supposedly they are assaulting 100 people a day in LA and the cops estimate only 1 in 12 attacks are reported...

I've had guns pulled on me 3 times and I was only able to get the cops to show up once
