Some US areas are super clean and natural.

Some are even polite. In countries though you are safe outside at night in the city.

A lot of US city areas are filled with drug users, criminals and crazy people.

NZ used to be a really nice country. I lived and worked there for 10 years in the 1980s. I was transferred by my company from the US to NZ. My new manager met me and my wife at the airport, gave us the keys to a company car and the keys to a furnished house they had rented for 2 months for us. The first time I went to a restaurant I left a tip on the table. The waitress chased me down the street to give it back to me. Said they didn't that in NZ. They've always been fairly socialist, but they allowed to much immigration and guilt tripped White people into give money and land back to the natives.

No, but it is a very nice place with clean streets and polite people. They can afford to be polite and keep their areas clean.
