As a sysadmin of 20 years and working with both Linux and Windows environments extensively over my career. Linux is a pain in the butt. Windows is way easier to manage. Linux is good for servers that don't change much, like a web-server, outside of that it's awful. This is coming from a guy who used to run Manjaro exclusively on my personal machine for 3 years straight. I just couldn't take it anymore.
