You wanna know what else changes the colour of urine???...BLOOD... after a good beating and boots to the ribs and kidney area, most anonymous keyboard warriors need a good beating.
When you take vitamin b, what your body doesn't absorb is dumped into your piss and makes it extremely yellow, almost neon.
When I drink Tangy Tangerine multivitamin, I put my daily dose into a quart of water (instead of the 8 Oz it recommends) It has a massive dose of B and I add an additional daily dose of liquid B complex to the drink, and drink on it all day.
When I urinate, I refer to the almost green color as "Tangy Tangerine pee".
They do that to me too however b complex are the only supplement I can feel. When I take them I feel better.
Be sure to take a D supplement. Everyone is D deficient. D vitamin happens in the sunlight. We don't get sunlight like our ancestors did. They used to treat the flu by putting sick peoples beds out in the sunlight. https://files.catbox.moe/ymz0qy.jpeg

Sorry for the delay, goat.
Premier Research Labs D is top notch, though somewhat expensive as I recall.
Carlson Labs makes a formulation that I like because it is potent and uses MCT oil as the delivery medium. I had a hard time recommending it though because when I went to their web site the page had some mystery meat sheboon on it (nigger fatigue is a real thing :).
Downside of the Carlson Labs product is that the drops take so long to dispense you have to schedule a fucking appointment to get any product out of the bottle.
Buddy of mine gave me a bunch of Winter Sun that he bought from Alex Jones (yes, I know...) and, like most of the products from his line that I have tried, it is high quality.
Right now I have a bottle of Nature's Life, in extra virgin olive oil that is working well and is priced well.
I don't think I could possibly be D deficient at least 65% of the year. Dec-Feb maybe but I spend at least 9 hours outdoors daily, usually 12. But I'm not sure.
per Wikipedia: "As a water-soluble vitamin, any riboflavin (vitamin B2) consumed in excess of nutritional requirements is not stored; it is either not absorbed or is absorbed and quickly excreted in urine, causing the urine to have a bright yellow tint."
All B vitamins are water-soluble and you pee any excess out right away. Vitamin C also produces yellow urine (and is also water-soluble).
What do you drink? Coffee and water mostly for me, I try to limit soda to dining out only. I don't go to restaurants as much these days, but today I went and got a sandwich and fries at a local tavern after I got a haircut.

water and occasionally a high fructose corn syrup drink {soda can} like a ginger ale or apple/orange juice. I use to drink soda alot but now rarely. also what kind of sandwhich
It was a hot sandwich, kind of like a cuban but this one had some olive relish stuff in it and it was really good that last time I had it. Years ago. This one was comically huge and the bread was trashy instead of nice fresh ciabatta like it used to be.

Sublingual drops are best. Tablets/capsules don't absorb as readily.
