I have one right now. I never get headaches other than from drinking too much on occasion. Sometimes I may get some minor discomfort and then I stretch and crack my neck or something and it goes away. Over the last week or so I’ve been having these headaches that start in the back and move forward, for no apparent reason. First I thought I may have overindulged in cookies and chocolate shit, because we have an over abundance of this garbage around us at the moment, but I backed off the last few days and still have the same headaches. I’m drinking less alcohol these last few days as well. Still drinking tons of water as I always do and just two cups of coffee in the morning. My meat and vegetable intake hasn’t changed and I’m just at a loss. Again, I don’t get headaches, and stress usually centers between my shoulders and causes me upper back pain. However, I am overly exhausted, more so than usual with all of this Holliday crap. Idk. Any thoughts? Waaaaaaa! My pussy hurts!!!!
Back of the head is blood sugar related. It’s a dull burning headache. I cannot tolerate sugar or processed foods. I feel my best when I keep carb intake fairly low.
Common headaches are always electrolyte related and are easily fixed with salt.
Caffeine headaches are withdrawal. Easily remedied.
And very rarely, it could be a sore neck from sleeping in an odd position.
Back in early 2022 when everyone was getting dreadfully sick, I remember that manifested as a crippling headache along the entire head and neck. That felt like straight inflammation that proceeded to travel toward the rest of my body.
I’ve noticed most people develop headaches after they eat.
1.Tension headaches: These are the most common type of headaches and are often caused by muscle contractions and stress. Tension headaches typically start at the back of the head and gradually spread towards the front. Cause can be old mattress/bad bed/bad wife, or bad posture, specially when you sit at the table (bad light cause it too), or even bad shoes giving you a bad posture. I assume you didn't gain lot of weight recently, if you did, could be causing it too.
2.Cervico-genic headaches: These are headaches caused by issues in the neck or upper spine, such as muscle tension, joint problems, or pinched nerves. The pain often originates at the base of the skull (occipital region) and radiates towards the forehead. Maybe check your doc for pinched nerves, if you are above 40.
3.Migraines: Migraine headaches can start at any location on the head, but usually in the back. They are typically accompanied by other symptoms like sensitivity to light or sound, nausea, and visual disturbances. If you have any those additional symptims, that's it.
4.Sinus headaches: Inflammation or infection of the sinuses can cause headaches that primarily affect the front of the head, but they can also be felt at the back of the head. this should be more rare, that you feel it starting in the back, but it can be, theoretically and you are rare and special.
.............. if you go to doc, check your kidneys: Kidney dysfunction can lead to various complications, such as electrolyte imbalances, high blood pressure, and fluid retention, which can contribute to headaches. Additionally, kidney stones or kidney infections can also cause pain that radiates to the back, leading to headaches in some cases.
yeah I thought so, could be you were lifting something and stretch some muscle. you can go check blood and kidneys just in case, but things like bad (stressed) posture can really mess with muscles, and then with blood vessels near by, so giving you a headache. best luck :)
Not to one up, but my left ear has been numb for over a week. Strange sensation, can't figure out why. I get some relief when I look up and to the left, but everytime my ear brushes against my collar it feels numb. I do have nerve damage on both sides, so that's probably what it is. I don't like the idea of that so I just drink beer.
My bp has been down in the last few years. Idk about current. My heart rate is fine. I have been a bit sweaty though. Might check the bp tomorrow at the walk in.
Sounds metabolic. If the brain isn't getting enough fuel it manifests as a headache. Alcohol gets turned into sugar in the liver. And sugar also is easy brain fuel. It can take a few days to adjust to a different calorie source, like breaking down fat.
Or you have a brain clot, which also is limiting fuel to your brain. Take 640 mg of aspirin, then 81mg every day thereafter, forever. Thinner blood is a benefit to anyone not in the wild.

Not to everyone. While I do believe in aspirin, I don’t think it’s purely harmless if not needed. It’s known to cause GI bleeds, as well as brain bleeds. Maybe buffering with baking soda is good too.
No, and I’ve been trying to link them to feeding times as well. Really inconsistent, as I didn’t have any headache yesterday. So, every day for a week except yesterday.
Man, I’m telling ya. I’m chair shopping right now and since I deal in furniture and have a resale license and accounts, it’s easy to just snatch something up because it’s 1/3rd of retail, but I’m still literally shopping at the retail level. You have to s really check something out before you buy. Keep in mind the 300% markup in the furniture world and remember that a $900 Lazy Boy cost the store $300. That means it cost $150 to make. The margin from manufacturer to wholesaler is .50.

What’s your blood pressure?
Salt your water and see what happens. Don’t quit sugar.
Since these are major headaches, you say, and daily, you should get your head scanned for tumour or clots. You shouldn’t be poopooing this at your age.
Drink more water. Not like 32oz right now, but throughout the day. Had same issue as you for about 2-3 weeks, had to get bloodwork done…and found I was continually dehydrated. I drink—coffee, tea, diet soda, even lemonade…but not plain water.
Yes it's a worry when ailments don't go away, particularly headaches. Possibly it's something to do with your eyes, like eye strain that is presenting abnormally i.e. not directly in the eyes. Too much driving/night driving; tv watching; computer glare?

You can get a headache if you reduce or remove coffee intake. Try not drinking any coffee for a month, wait for the headaches to subside and then see how it goes in the second month.
It could be a tumor or something that requires medical attention. Or it could be a directed energy weapon blasting your head and spine with microwaves and RF. You need a doctor for the first and some silver cloth you can buy at amazon for the second.
With a silver threaded cloth you could actually see things when you have it on. You fold it over twice and attach to head with a headband of some kind. All I'm saying is that there is nothing wrong with ruling out all possible reasons. You come to this website, you could possibly be on someones list. I imagine those Havana diplomats were getting some real bad headaches, too.
How big is that faraday bag? It's big enough to fit over your skull?
Do you sometimes wake up with a headache or do you ever get awakened by the headache? (or by the pain in your neck/spine area?)
Kek. The faraday bag is for an iPhone. I have two bags though. I could stitch them together! I’ve only been awakened by a headache that I already had when I went to bed because it never really went away.
I am not a doctor, nor a headache specialist. I was just wondering if there were malicious forces afoot, or maybe you're just getting old. If it is purely a natural, physical issue then I would start at blood pressure and work my down to weight loss. Are you or your sister vaccinated?
It could still cause your head to dry out. Maybe try a cool-mist humidifier by your bed for a few nights and see if you notice a difference. When we start getting headaches/nosebleeds we know its time to run the cool-mist humidifier.
If you need instant relief, like now, and old military trick is to dunk your head in a giant bowl of icewater until you get brain freeze.
If you are too much of a wussy, then drive down to 711 and get the biggest slurpee and straw and drink it fast until you give yourself brain freeze.
This is the fast way to get rid of it.
The right way is to eat salt and electrolytes. You are not getting enough.
When you find out I'm right, start anothed thread thanking me so others may also know this is the trick because I can see there is a bunch of bullshit on here. Apparently I am one of only a few people who know. That needs to change. let me know how it goes.
I’ve been monitoring that due to all the snarky-cakes and choshit people have been bringing around. I thought it might have been an overindulgence of sugar until I didn’t do it for two days and still had the headache.

Or you could just take an hour and study your most comfortable chair and what is wrong with it and how you can fix it with simple pillow placement.
One of these days I'm going to build a proper chair, since there are literally none sold anywhere.
