One dose per second? Bullshit. A small vial filling station will be doing something like 10 vials/minute. At 6 doses/vial, sure, that's 1 dose of a given liquid every second. But that's for one machine at one location at one company.

But they're going to have way more than one filling station at every plant, and larger machines as well.

"One dose per second" is a single pajeet sitting in a room somewhere, not the combined output of multiple companies with multiple manufacturing sites.
