I think of all the friends and acquaintances who died young and how they would b** slap me for being such a narcissistic little f** a** to not appreciate the fact that I'm waking up and breathing air one more day on the earth that got robbed from them. I would think to myself how lucky I am to be able to stand in the rain smell of fart and experience hunger because they can't. I would stop whining like a little b and realize just the fact that you can open your eyes and see the sunlight is a gift that will not last forever so you better f** get out of your head and appreciate it. I don't know how old you are but do the math. You've only got a certain number of days on this bus ride and you never know how many days that is. You don't know when the bus is going to stop so you better stop whining about how you didn't like the direction the bus went last time and start looking out the window and where the bus is going now because for all you know it could stop at any moment and your ride might be over.

So get out of your f** head

You're probably in a city. You need to get out of the f** City and go to the country where you can walk outside in the sunshine and actually see some animals and have a simple life and realize just how special that is until you can get your f** head on straight and decide if you want to do more than that or if you just want to find some other person to spend that time with and tell you both die which isn't a bad thing at all. You don't have to achieve anything in this life. You're lucky that you just get to live it and that's enough. So take all the expectations you've got and shrivel them up into your tiny little ball sack and stop thinking about them and enjoy what's around you.


Now stop being a retard and if you wont then go out to a cemetery someday and let all the people in the ground yell at you for being such a stupid f**** idiot. There are people there who struggle to take their last breath in a Cancer Ward or died in a war they didn't want to be in or did some other horrible thing that robbed them of life and here you are bitching and whining while you're still breathing. Get over yourself. If you can't do anything for yourself in life then start doing something for other people.

I take time to go out into nature, walk, nap, and bask in it. It doesn't help me be motivated, but it does help ease up on anxiety, and let's me focus on the things I need to accomplish which get in the way of my motivation.

Similar to meditation, it helps you reset your mental state, and file away thoughts.

I practice cursive and write letters to family members and friends. It is soothing, old-world nostalgia, requires focus, and gets me out of my own head and thinking about other people. People often respond to letters in the mail. The lack of hope is very hard. It requires something like small hourly or daily goals. Small wins and motivations. And try to stay away from the more acerbic Voat posts. They're black-pill level depressing. AND GET OFF YOUR PHONE!!

Find a constructive hobby that when practiced will improve over time. For example, pick a musical instrument (harmonica or kazoo if you are broke) and then practice during those times when you are just sitting there miring in self pity. If you practice 2 to 4 hours a day you'll be pretty good within about a year and you'll have that skill for the rest of your life.

Make a variety of near term and far term plans. Decide which are good, and take steps towards those plans.
