its a good thing if banks are holding the risk and liabilities. debt doesnt imply underwater. As with any business its a cashflow game. You typically cannot conduct business without a revolving debt. The larger the debt the larger the cashflow. Tesla Cisco and Apple are all also operating billions in debt.
