Not gonna happen. SpaceX still hasn't gotten starship to orbit, and getting starship to the moon is going to require an incredibly complicated lander they haven't even started building.

On top of it they're going to have to figure out how to refuel starship, all the tech is totally untested and you can't even recreate the environment the refueling will need to happen in on earth. They'll be lucky to have it done by 2030

It'll be delayed further still. 2030 is a more reasonable estimate. New Glenn's first prototype only just rolled out (though the engines launched Vulcan successfully, gj Bezos) and Starship still needs more work though it looks very promising.
