I live in Norcal now, a wealthy extremely White suburb, I am getting ready to move. I will not go anywhere that has politics like here. It is hard to leave the weather and the beauty of the landscape. I have considered leaving the burbs and moving up to the lost coast, one of the least populated areas in the United States. I have considered Idaho, South Dakota, Indiana, Texas and Hawaii. Laws suck. but moving into a 100-300 acre off grid plot of land is the ideal. Any recommendations would be appreciated.

Yea bud like that other guy said, grass is always greener. I moved states to pnw thinking I would get away from the degeneracy in my home state. Here there’s lunatic liberals everywhere, junkies shitting on the sidewalk, niggers stealing Kia’s and robbing Asians, all kinds of shit I didn’t know about. On top of that taxes keep increasing and the cost of rent as well.
I’m not saying don’t move but don’t expect moving will solve your problems. Just different types of shit sandwiches.

I'm currently dealing with all that bullshit in my current area that's technically a suburb that used to be full of hardworking blue collared White People.
There were 2 murders within a blocks of my apartment last year. Both blacks. 1st murder happened in February - a 12 year old got killed over a pair of sunglasses about 7 blocks down the road from me.
The second happened in October at 11am on a Wednesday 2 blocks from me. 25 year old father of 2 was found in his underwear, shot 4 times in the back & head. Either a car jacking or drug deal gone wrong.
Kias getting stolen everyday, cops chasing them and crashing squad cars, kids get caught and the DA let's them out of jail after a week. Now that POS main democrat DA is finally stepping down after serious public backlash and hundreds of lawsuits from victims and families of victims suing the shit out of the County & the Justice System. Which is why the County is going broke & one of the reasons why they had to raise taxes.

The grass is always greener. Except, no grass in the southwest.

I'm not saying don't do it (unless its California!!), but just expect to trade one set of problems for another.

I highly recommend spending a few weeks there as a visitor in August before jumping on this though. The southwest is extremely hot and very dry.
Your skin will turn to scales and you might get nose bleeds from the dry air.

It gets 117F in those parts, are you ready to live like that?

I’m Nor Cal born and raised and I’m not leaving so don’t worry. The weather is great and I make way too much fucking money to bail out yet. However, if I do, just in case, I bought two houses in northern Arizona two years ago. So, I can do whatever I want and really, anywhere I go would be blessed to have me and my attitude and my money, so you can just stfu.

Dude, in so cal there’s no fucking place that’s mid 70s in the summer. Even on the beach, it’ll get 90s. But you can’t afford that, so you’ll go inland, and that’s over 100 for a month or more.

We got about 15 inches of snow over the weekend and now the windchill is around -20 and will be for most of this week. My area has maybe 4 months of tolerable weather - May, June, September & October.
