If Texas doesn't fight the fed on opening their border, does this mean Texas was never the patriots they proclaimed to be?

Texas definitely has the ability to tell the federal government to get fucked. Joe ain't sending in the military, the last thing the uniparty wants is a hot civil war. That's not a demolition they can control.
