To fix your cavities use a toothpaste with hydroxyapatite, take a quality K2 supplement with MK4 and MK7, and practice oil pulling.
Hydroxyapatite is a mineral that makes up about 40% of your bones.
K2 has been known to heal cavities in less than 2 weeks. Just take it every day because your body and organs need it (especially the brain) and most foods don't have it any more. People used to get it from natural cow's milk and cream/butter but grain fed cows don't produce it.
Oil pulling is easy, just get a spoonful of organic coconut oil and swish it around in your mouth for a few minutes.
There's plenty of documentation for all of these things if you care to look.
Do NOT use fluoride in toothpaste, water, mouthwash, or any supplements. It forms a one atom thick layer on your teeth that prevents your body from naturally healing your teeth. Anyone pushing fluoride on you should be treated as an enemy combatant.

use a toothpaste with hydroxyapatite
Just buy straight hydroxyapatite 60 nano powder and save $$$ over novelty toothpaste. Mine was about $20 for 250 grams. Dip your toothpaste on the brush in it, or blend it with your baking soda alternative.
"When using toothpaste that has Nano-HAp, mouthwash or flossing should be done first as it is not recommended rinsing immediately after brushing your teeth."
Just brushing with it everyday should be enough, but max remineralization happens when it's in contact with the tooth surface for 5 to 10 minutes. (after brushing)

I bought thr coconut oil but it feels more like a heavy balm then oil. I dont understand how I can mouth wash with this? Do I have to heat it up first?
I've never tried it. I use Boka brand toothpaste. I haven't had a cavity since I started using the paste, and my receding gum line reversed for the first time in 25 years.
K2 is very important for children's brain and skeletal development also. If you've ever seen a person with an overbite it's often because skull didn't grow properly due to K2 deficiency.
I took your advice and bought the hydrox toothpaste https://risewell.com/products/mineral-toothpaste . I probably should of seen your boka comment sooner. now I just need to buy the K2 supplement with MK4 and MK7.
I wouldn't use any disinfectant like peroxide or mouthwash. The bacteria in your mouth is just as important to your overall health as your gut bacteria. The mouth bacteria is responsible for most of the nitric oxide production in your body. If you use mouthwash it takes 4 days to recolonize your mouth and get healthy levels of production up. People who use mouthwash have a much higher rate of heart attacks. So no, I wouldn't.
If your mouth has room and they come in straight, then they don't need removed... many people have them come in sideways destroying the rear molars. Very shallow, just starting cavities may be reversed, but generally a cavity needs a filling. Wisdom teeth contain stem cells that could be wise to keep for future repairs and upgrades.
No, if they're all growing in fine you don't have to. No, technically none of your teeth are necessary. They are however all very useful. No, they're trying to make money. Whatever makes money is what they try to do. Yes, cut back on sugar and acidic drinks. The enamel will rebuild overtime so long as the cavity hasn't reached the inner layer of the tooth.
This is what I'm worried about: The enamel will rebuild overtime so long as the cavity hasn't reached the inner layer of the tooth. I think I'll get a second opinion if this is thr case
Wisdom teeth are likely the dominate traits of neanderthal genetic admix coupled with smaller jaws of sapiens. There is recent academic bullshitting trying to discount this, because that's how college professors get grants.
My wisdom teeth were yanked, no general anesthesia, only local because I'm not a faggot. The general is for the doctor's sake, so you don't know what the fuck he is doing to you.
Nurse held me down in near headlock while dentist stood on a step/stirrup iron, straddled me in the chair and yanked. Best part was when he had to crack the teeth. Can't feel the pain, but you hear it reverberate throughout your skull.
I regretted the extraction within a week, but I was a naive teenager and the periodontist wanted my money. He lied.
I'm 40 and still have mine. My top row of teeth are all fine except 1 wisdom tooth with chipped enamel that hasn't grown back. The bottom row, as the wisdom teeth pushed in the front teeth pushed against each other causing some enamel to break off but then regrow, occasionally more breaks off and slowly gets replaced. So they can have negative effects by pushing your other teeth together but in my case the problems are minor and not worth removing them.
"In a lab, extracted teeth were treated with acid to simulate erosion, then painted with a special gel. This gel contained calcium phosphate ion clusters — mineral clusters naturally found in teeth — mixed with an ingredient called triethylamine (TEA).
After two days in a simulated mouth-like environment, the previously eroded enamel was checked for crystal growth, size, shape, organisation and composition using special microscopes.
The spaghetti-like crystals had regrown seamlessly, and the crystal clusters had correctly orientated themselves to form the rod and inter-rod honeycomb weave."
I had mine removed, they put me under anesthesia for it. It was pretty wild. As I was waking up there was a big tittied, blonde dental hygienist standing over me trying to give me a bottle of Percocet. I really thought I died and went to heaven.
Heh, nice. I had mine done in boot camp. I woke up delirious and had a march back to the barracks where I was asleep on whatever drugs they gave me for three days.

Amazon or google shopping would have it too, and maybe more professional packaging.

For oil pulling just get any organic coconut oil at your supermarket. You can swallow it when you're done it's good for you.

Our healing system is electric. New cells require increased pH (electric charge).
We have multiple electric circuits through the body. The power is generated by muscles.
Anyway, they all run through our teeth which act like circuit breakers.
Pulling teeth reduces our ability to heal

No.
They can sometimes but it's way more expensive than an extraction.
