Certain ISPs block it and I believe some search engines.

I noticed this behavior months ago and it was confirmed by @La_Chalupacabra shortly thereafter.

That's why I've started posting/mirroring content to more than one location.

It's not the regular 404 you'd get for content that had never been posted there. It's some kind of deliberate block list.

Best guess is that the owner of CatBox is some kind of fag, or responding to requests from other faggots who are offended by based content.
