Fair enough. I've seen bad paint jobs before. I've seen screws that the builder didn't countersink properly. I've never seen the drain left sitting above ground. I've never seen appliances nobody even bothered bracketing to the cabinets. I've never seen a mess like the one he shows at the beginning. The window trim at the end is icing on the fucking cake. I would really like to see the crew that did this and know what the contract was for.

I flip houses. I bought a house to flip becauee a house close was similar sq footage and listed for 600k. When I went to look at it I realized holy shit it was done really bad and no way it would sell for 600k. The house I got is still a good deal but was pissed at how incompetent the other flipper was.
