Toughen yourself up so you can take the worst shit possible- loss of a job, injury, etc

Get as muscular as possible. Most people are either weak or obese so muscles are odd in today's society. They shouldn't be but this is a kike society. This makes muscles intimidating.

Be as self sufficient as possible.
