Shit.timestamped where I left off skimming through it other night. Husker du has a great punk opening, there's some no wave and industrial in there, and the sick old fuck yet sometimes interesting Burroughs. Didn't listen to him actually. And Michael gira from swans does poetry.

Never listened to husker du? Oh there's sonic youth and coil in there too. Coil may have been degenerate faggots, like Burroughs but they made some good stuff at times.

I got hooked on certain bands and got tunnel vision, for example: Descendents https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Descendents would be an example.

I gravitated to the sounds I liked, no too much of an experimenter musically, If I found something off the beaten path, it was through a friend's musical catalog.
