I came up with the recipe myself just messing around. Everything I do is the best honestly

@HeyJames...after I get some rest I'm going to let you in on a secret heating formula for ribs the way we White Slavic Russians do it...my ribs can be slurpped off the bone with a straw,in fact, you can pick a rib by the end of the bone and the meat will drip off leaving a clean bone...

If it involves a smoker, can you let me in on it too? Need to work on beef recipes with my smoker.

Why is it pulled instead of moved in any other direction?

It's an otherwise rough cut...time, patience, and letting all of it get to at least 195F offers deliciously moist and soft meat.

If people cook based on time instead of temperature, they might get a bit more tough than soft, so you need to "pull" it apart.

Getting it all get to 195F makes "squished" pork...all I need are my hands to break it apart, no claws.

Just watched a tiktok video. Seems it's "pulled" apart on both the x and y axises, along the grain lines. Now I am sooo hungry.

Its worse when you smell it all day. Latest shoulder took 18 hours...lazy me didn't marinade to save some cooking time.

So are you going to share this amazing recipe with the rest of us or just horde your secrets like a jew bastard?
There are wild pigs where I live and we harvest them and put them on the smoker every chance we get

PORK? I thought you were a brisket professional. You will be beaten severely for this transgression.

Men should be well-rounded in outdoor cooking methods. Different protiens and different methods.

They’re called meats, not “proteins”. Proteins are what is offered to you at faggot establishments like Chipotle, because tofu is on the menu.
Some lispy faggot asks you “which protein would you like”?

Should try some and cry less.
