I’m hearing people saying that People Who Don’t Have Driving Licences shouldn’t be driving on roads.

A reminder for bigots: People Who Don’t Have Driving Licences have been driving on roads for decades. You’ve probably driven next to one lots of times and not even noticed.

They’re a tiny fraction of the population. You’re far more likely to be killed by someone with a driving licence than someone who doesn’t have a driving licence

People Who Don’t Have Driving Licences aren’t a danger to you, they’re just trying to drive!

People Who Don’t Have Driving licences are one of the most marginalised groups in society. Not only are they often stopped by the police, they are also much more likely to be killed in car accidents than people who do have driving licences.

This gatekeeping of drivinglicencehavinghood is disgusting.

People Who Don’t Have Driving Licences are People With Driving Licences. It’s LITERALLY IN THE NAME:

“PEOPLE WHO don’t HAVE DRIVING LICENCES”!

People Who Have Driving Licences became drivers easily by sitting tests and things. People Who Don’t Have Driving Licenses had a much harder journey and so have even more right to be considered as People Who Do Have Driving Licences than people who actually do have them.

Too often we only listen to people who know how to drive and have driving licences. But we now need to listen to people who don’t have driving licences and hear from them about which way THEY go round roundabouts and what colour of lights THEY like to stop at.

Having a driving licence is a social construct. As a Person With a Driving Licence, People Who don’t Have a Driving Licence are not a threat to me and are welcome to drive on the road next to me.

People Who Don’t have Driving Licences are People Who Have Driving Licences!
