I was depressed years ago.
It made me want to not leave the house, and be inactive in general.
I could not think the dark thoughts out of my head.
Do not take any pills!
Go outside for a long walk, and try to be present. Try not to think, but just be aware or your surroundings. Use your eyes and nose and listen to birds, keep walking untill you are tired.
Go home and feel the difference.
You feel BETTER now.
Rinse repeat.

Good advice particularly this bit - "Go outside for a long walk, and try to be present. Try not to think, but just be aware or your surroundings. Use your eyes and nose and listen to birds, keep walking until you are tired.".

Do not take any pills!

They don't work the way you'd think. Proper dosage means you're now numb to any emotions...still won't be happy.

I've always used it as my mojo. My power. My drive. However... you hav to watch because it can destroy you. Its very dangerous. Sometimes I climb down into a deep dark hole for a few days and then I remember how rare and awesome I am and get better.

Exercise or hard physical labor.
Time in nature whether it’s a walk or sitting on a log in the woods.
Nutrition. Eating healthy non processed meals at regular intervals. Supplement with a quality multivitamin and extra vitamin D if you live in a gloomy climate.
No screen time.
Sleep on a normal schedule. Wind down when the sun goes down and get up and get going when it gets light outside.

In addition:

Start little daily habits like making your bed daily when you get up. This small accomplishment sets the tone for the day.

Make a to do list and check things off as you do them. It can be as small as calling a friend or cleaning out the kitchen junk drawer.

Reach out to family or friends, anyone that you think loves and cares about you. Tell them you’re struggling. This is what it’s all about. Let your fellow White people help you.

Get sun. I'm depressed now. Been cloudy and rainy. I love rain too. The problem is we need the sun. I would recommend going out and getting a slight burn on the first day. DO NOT take a shower for at least 48 hours. Then afterwards try to get at least 15 mins of direct sun a day and minimize your showers. Your body does not have enough time to absorb the vitamin d if you immediately shower.

Picked up a second job and worked every single day until I realized I was way too tired to be depressed.

Plus I had a fun job delivering pizzas and met a bunch of neat people.

Shit if you are actually depressed. You have no motivation to work or move.

Depression isn’t real it’s just too much free time to brood about stupid shit. Also good be a vitamin d deficiency. Lots at play but having no time with your thoughts distracts you from “depression”

1. Accept who you are and where your life is. You don't have to like it, just stop fighting reality. Can't change what you are, and where you're at, without accepting it as your reality first.
2. Sleep better. Proper hours. Turn off lights and devices. Use natural light, or lack thereof, to reset your sleep patterns.
3. Diet and exercise. Start slow, don't let set backs slow you down. Keep improving day in day out. Don't stop.
4. Set small, positive, goals to help reset dopamine dependence and to increase your sense of self worth.

It sounds simple, but it will take effort at first.

Another, slightly out there, method is to conceptualize all those negative thoughts as a demon whispering in your ear. The thoughts now have a persona which will now be a target to fight against. Anytime a negative thought comes into your mind, just tell the demon to fuck off. Call it an idiot. Belittle it non stop. You are diminishing the power of those negative thoughts, making it easier to shake off.

Hope this helps. Best of luck

You might not like him, but as George Carlin said, inside of every cynic is a disappointed optimist.

Find a way to make a small business even if it's a sideline gig (hustle to you more negroided), turn off your TV, buy ammo (having another 2k rounds show up brings joy to the heart), shoot often as it's a perishable skill and not like riding a bike which you can pick up 10 years later, and most importantly make a family.

Find clubs, gatherings, events (all easier outside of the city and you don't have to live there to participate) to meet women and find brotherhood.
If I were a young Christian, I'd seek menonite or 7th day Adventist. Those long dresses and happy faces omg...

There are other options, but remember that the days are long and the years are short.

First with a baseball bat, then with a SWASTIKA FLAG...I also upped my vocabulary to include every word that drives those responsible for demoralizing this world nuts and suicidal...feel much better now.

Sleep. Go to bed early.
Supplements. There isn't enough magnesium in multi-vitamins.
Exercise. It's easier to do in the morning with a cup of coffee.
Don't ruminate too much. Focus on changing your physiology.

Quit my job, escaped the rat race, started my own little business. Make much less money now, but also have so much more freedom.

Exercise 'till you drop seems to be way out.
