I'm reading the comments and I don't see either side making their case well. One side says he is racist so he is automatically guilty. The other side says the other guy was in possession of an AK-47 and so deserves to be shot. I'm not following either of these arguments.

Am I the only one who cares about the facts of the actual mother fucking case? Did he threaten a cop with a gun or not. I will not take any "possession near a cop is a rightful death sentence" bullshit.

As far as I'm concerned about the second amendment it intended the citizens to be more armed than the government. Hence the need for the government borrow the guns of the citizens in time of war. So a citizen has more or equal right to be armed than a cop. And he has just as much right to shoot a cop on sight for being armed as a cop has to shoot him for being armed.

Of course there is some nonsense about him running. Does that mean that if a cop runs while having a gun I can shoot him? I'm just not going to accept any world where cops have more rights than myself related to firearms or any activity plus firearms. If it is unreasonable for a cop to be shot in that scenario then it is unreasonable for a citizen to be shot in that scenario even if he did get involved with the wrong political group.
