I agree. The CZ 75 is a great pistol. The P10F is pretty great also for a striker pistol, but a nice full size CZ 75 is fuckin nice. I might even call it perfection. On a side note, I hate Glocks.
My friend let me shoot his CZ 75. Immediately after picking it up, I was able to plink away at metal targets with ease. I was amazed at how easy it was to just point and shoot. That may be just because of its ergonomics and my hand's design, but ever since then I've loved CZ's.

Despite the Second Amendment, what on your background check or form 4473 caused you to not pass?

Private party sales are without background checks, but I believe some states, despite the Second Amendment, have enacted laws requiring background checks for even private party sales (in other words, it inevitably needs to go through an FFL so there's a paper trail).

Asked if I had ever been convicted of domestic violence. I haven't. But I answered yes since I was arrested on it 15 years ago. It was a misdemeanor. I have never been arrested or convicted of any felonies. Also was arrested for domestic violence for a fight with my brother a few years ago. The charges were dropped. But also came up as a negative in another bg check.

Apparently misdemeanor domestic violence is enough of a reason to restrict firearm ownership. An expungement appears to be the only way to restore gun rights, despite the Second Amendment's existed. The NFA & GCA are only fairly recent laws (and even more recent are the laws that "close" further "loopholes").

20 years ago......umm, 30, I was looking at the HK USP45(?) and just couldn't justify the $750 for it when a Sig p220 was 200 less.
