Liberal 3rd parties are only on the ballot in conservative states (e.g., Bobby Kennedy Jr)

This can not happen without the elections (or at least ballot access) being rigged by the political machines in the states.

It can be a target by the people trying to get on the ballot. They have limited resources and want to maximize their vote - it's strategic to understand that they'll get the most support in states where people are not concerned about who ultimately wins the State. The two-parties of course have the entire system on lock.

I've said it before and I'll say it again.
I can't see what you voted for, you can't see what I voted for, and neither of us can see what anybody else voted for.
As such, we can't tally the votes ourselves after the fact to see if anyone was actually elected.
If we have no real proof that anyone was elected, then no one was elected, and elections are only to provide the illusion of democracy.
